All good with finding what I need and delivery was quick

Wonderful products at a fair price. Nice selection and easy to order on line.

Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I asked Tennis Express to cancel the order as I did not realize its free shipping did not include products over 7 pounds. The customer service rep stated that tennis balls did not simply fly to my home, so they charged for shipping them (I didn't think things under 7# did either, but...). I again asked to cancel the order. The only response was an automated email saying they would respond. They didn't. Instead, after a day, they sent me an "order shipped" notice.

My order was short it about week latter and i still did not get respond to my email when i will get rest of my order

Wrong items were sent but the replacement process will hopefully fix it

They had products available that Tennis Warehouse did not have. In addition, when they ship products, it doesn’t take as long as receiving products from tennis warehouse.

I ordered thick tennis socks. These are not very thick. I will be returning them.

Great quality product and color I could not get anywhere else. Fast service, along with great communication through the shipping process. This will not be my last time ordering any more great clothes.

Love the delivery service, it was fast and everything came well protected and wrapped with no damage.
The Clash rackets are very light, nice for beginners like us. They are also very efficient on the court.

Been waiting a couple months on a Wilson Clash Pro tennis racket. Yeah, I know, Covid and no doubt disrupted supply chains from China but TE's not helping out by not saying anything, just "in progress" on the website. In fact, they said they are back in stock but its been weeks. Huge backup? I suspect the newer delay day 3/15 was just something they pulled out of the air which may or may not happen.
3/16 called TE said they had a call into Wilson to ask what's going on so the 3/15 date didn't mean anything.

The products arrived in good condition, although the tennis shoes were to tight and didn´t fit my daughter´s foot. It is to bad that only in orders over $75 the free return is included, the shoes were $60, so I had to keep them and order a new ones.

I just don’t understand why a company who advertises on tennis channel constantly, will not answer emails. I’m talking not responding to multiple emails. I guess they have so many customers, they don’t need to be courteous.
